Puglia is a region full of wonders to discover, and the adventure starts at Sea Garden Club!
The FrecciaLink network also extends to Puglia, offering travelers an integrated Freccia + bus ticket to reach their final destination.
Thanks to this new service, it will be easier to reach the Gargano, with the new integrated train + bus transport service by Trenitalia (FS Italiane Group), available throughout the summer.

Four connections per day, from Friday to Sunday, will allow travelers to reach Vieste and Peschici aboard the Freccialink, with bus schedules coordinated with the Frecce trains coming from Rome, Bologna, and Milan. The buses will depart from the Foggia train station parking lot and stop in Vieste, at Lungomare Europa (Bus Terminal), and in Peschici, on Via Monte Santo, near the former sports field.

To promote local tourism, the Vieste Link will depart daily from Foggia station. Up to 7 pairs of buses per day will connect Foggia with regional trains coming from Lecce, Bari, and Barletta. Additionally, up to 6 pairs of buses per day will connect with regional trains coming from Potenza. Buses will depart from the intermodal parking lot at Foggia station and arrive in Vieste at Lungomare Europa (Bus Terminal).
The service will be active until September 19th.
Trenitalia’s links can be purchased exclusively in combination with a train ticket through all Trenitalia sales channels.
“Excellent initiative,” comments Rossella Falcone, the Tourism Councillor and Deputy Mayor of Vieste. “The integrated ticket to reach Vieste saves travelers, often foreigners, from the hassle of searching for tickets and ensures tight connections with the arrivals and departures of high-speed trains. Finally, travelers will easily find bus stops to reach our town from the provincial capitals of Puglia. We hope the flow of travelers increases, and more tourists will reach Vieste using public transport. An intelligent way to reduce environmental impact and experience the city with fewer cars.”
