Hoping to provide you with moments of serenity, we kindly ask you to carefully read the rules and regulations; we are confident in your full cooperation and understanding.
The units you have booked will be available after 5:00 PM on the arrival day and must be vacated no later than 10:00 AM on the departure day, with attention to tidying and cleaning the kitchenette area.
It will not be possible to remain within the resort on the day of departure. On changeover days, all cottages and service facilities will be sanitized. These procedures will take time, and therefore departing guests will not be able to use the services and must leave the premises no later than 10:00 AM.
On the day of arrival, one member of the family unit must go to the reception to pick up the keys and deliver any required documents.
During your stay, you can contact the reception via WhatsApp at 348.1641709 or by phone at 0884.706123 from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
Our guests are not allowed to receive relatives or friends who are not staying at the resort.
Pool use is allowed from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. It is mandatory to take a shower before swimming and to wear swim caps. The use of fins, balls, or the access of bicycles and scooters in the pool areas is not allowed. Pool umbrellas are free, but they cannot be occupied with towels or other items before you actually arrive at the pool. If this happens, the lifeguard is authorized to remove any objects left to occupy the sunbeds or umbrellas.
The beach clubs open at 8:30 AM and close at 7:00 PM. It is not allowed to occupy umbrellas before 8:30 AM. Each accommodation has one umbrella and two sunbeds, assigned for the entire stay. The first row is always at an additional cost and can be reserved until availability runs out.
It is recommended to make a reservation at the restaurant, and take-out meals will also be available.
From 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM, any noise that disturbs the rest of other guests is prohibited.
Vehicles must be parked in the designated parking areas. We remind car owners to always drive at walking speed within the resort.
The entrance gate and the beach gate are closed at 8:30 PM. After that hour, you can use the badge provided with the keys.
Near the minimarket, there is a pedestrian gate.
Respect for the environment is a principle of civilization, so we invite our guests to sort waste for recycling.
We kindly ask guests not to purchase oil from door-to-door vendors, as they are not authorized by the management. While we carefully monitor the premises, sometimes they manage to bypass surveillance.
The management disclaims any responsibility for theft or loss of valuables. Anyone who finds lost items must hand them over to the management.
We remind dog owners that it is mandatory to keep dogs on a leash at all times and, if necessary, use a muzzle. It is prohibited to bring dogs into common areas such as: pool areas, bar, restaurant hall, playground, and private beach. The resort has a large area specifically reserved for walking dogs without the need for a leash or muzzle. Animals are the direct responsibility of the person accompanying them. We also remind everyone that, out of respect for other guests and in accordance with current regulations, it is a matter of good manners to always pick up after your dog.
THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANYONE WHO DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THIS REGULATION FROM THE RESORT.
